We’re on the lookout for a Technical Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services team and play a hands‑on role in keeping our systems secure, reliable, and running at their best.
No two days are quite the same.
You’ll be:
- Analysing, documenting, and mapping system architectures, data flows, and integrations
- Keeping a close eye on system behaviour and investigating issues to uncover improvement opportunities
- Working closely with engineers, architects, and QA specialists to create clear, high‑quality documentation
- Supporting root cause analysis when things go wrong, and helping make sure they don’t happen again
- Managing user access, system patching, and security controls in line with best practice
- Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery processes
- Keeping system documentation up to date as our platforms evolve
- Sharing knowledge, lifting capability across the team, and contributing to continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- You’re someone who enjoys solving problems and understands how systems really work.
3+ years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, L2–L3 Application Support Analyst, or similar role - Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A solid understanding of technology operations and software systems
- Foundational certifications (like ITIL or CSBA) and financial services experience, great to have, but not essential
- Clear, confident communication skills
