About the role: 

The Technical Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding and analysing business requirements, providing data-driven insights, ensuring seamless system integration, documenting processes, and offering technical support and training to end-users. This role ensures that technology solutions effectively meet business objectives.

Key Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong technical skills in systems administration and database management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Power BI. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
  • The role will be based in Parnell, Auckland, there will not be the option to work from home.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Full New Zealand drivers licence and the rights to live and work in New Zealand.
