We’re looking for a Technical Analyst who thrives in a varied, hands‑on role, enjoys working closely with cross‑functional teams, and is curious about how AI and modern tools can improve the way we operate.

What You’ll Do
Integrations & Application Connectivity
- Own and maintain integrations across the enterprise environment.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve issues quickly.
- Build and enhance integrations.
- Review partner‑led integration work for alignment with standards and architecture.
Data & Analytics
- Maintain and evolve our Microsoft Fabric data platform.
- Design dimensional data models to support reporting and business insights.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines into the data environment.
- Develop reporting an analytics (using Power BI and other technologies).
- Proactively identify and address data quality issues.
Technical Support, Development & AI‑Led Improvement
- Investigate and resolve enterprise application and data issues.
- Implement technical designs with support from the Business Applications Manager.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and explore new ways of working.
- Identify opportunities where automation or AI can simplify processes or enhance reliability.
- Support ERP and CRM changes as required and contribute to documentation and standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience reading, writing, and reviewing code (Python, SQL, JSON; plus DAX for BI).
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration design principles.
- Working knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and the Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- A relationship‑building mindset - someone who works well across teams and builds trust.
- Curiosity around AI and modern tooling, and a genuine interest in using them to improve the way we work.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering practical, reliable solutions.
