You will lead the delivery and ongoing development of programmes, including flexible, online, and distance-based learning, ensuring they remain innovative, responsive, and aligned with the needs of ākonga and industry. You will also bring a strategic lens, contributing to the future direction of the programme and holding a clear vision for the evolution of physiotherapy within Aotearoa New Zealand.
Working across our organisation and with external stakeholders, you will strengthen partnerships and ensure our programmes remain relevant, future-focused, and connected to community and sector needs.
A background in physiotherapy is advantageous, but we are equally interested in experienced allied health professionals or exceptional people leaders who bring a strong track record of team development, service delivery, and organisational impact.
