About the role | Mō te tūnga
This split role combines two key areas of responsibility: Team Leadership and direct Support Work
Based in Queenstown, you’ll divide your time between providing leadership and support to your small local team (currently two support workers) and delivering frontline support directly to our clients in the region.
As a Team Leader, you will:
Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with local stakeholders as the face of Manaaki Tāngata Victim Support in the Southland and Central Otago regions.
