 FMG is looking for a Client Remediation Team Leader, reporting directly to the Head of Payments, to support our client remediation programme of work for 12 months.

You will lead a dedicated team who are responsible for providing a positive customer experience while processing client remediation payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a specialised Remediation team to achieve high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement remediation strategies and processes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of remediation activities.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Communicate with clients to explain discrepancies and the remediation process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in a financial or customer service environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in remediation, finance, payments or call centre industry is highly desirable.
