Key Details 

Location: Wellington covering Wellington Central/Porirua/Kapiti Mana

Salary: $80,115 gross per annum. 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 

Eligibility:  Applicants for this position must have the legal right to work in NZ and consent to undergo a NZ Police Vetting Process

About the role | Mō te tūnga  

Based in Wellington, you will be providing leadership and support to your team of three, in the Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti/Mana Region.

Day to day, you will

  • Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with local stakeholders as the face of Manaaki Tāngata Victim Support region
  • Lead and support your team, providing day-to-day direction
  • Debrief and coach the team regularly
  • Oversee case management with a focused client-centred approach
