BestStart West Village is a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre in the heart of Rolleston. With four beautifully designed rooms and a close working relationship with Rolleston College’s ECE programme, we’re proud to offer high‑quality education and care for tamariki aged 3 months to 5 years.

Our Learning Environment

Inspiring Indoor Spaces   Each of our age‑specific rooms—Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool—has been thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and support learning. High‑quality resources and calm, intentional spaces ensure every child feels supported and inspired.

Exciting Outdoor Playgrounds   Our spacious outdoor areas encourage exploration, challenge, and adventure. Tamariki build confidence and independence as they engage in active play and discover the world around them.

You will be working with our under‑2 tamariki, supporting them in a calm, nurturing environment where strong, trusting relationships come first. Our infant space follows each child’s natural rhythm, fostering security, curiosity, and early exploration.
