Teacher-in-Training (BestStart Taita)
BestStart Taita is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher in Training to join our welcoming and supportive Over 2s team. A Place to Explore, Discover and Belong
At BestStart Taita, we believe some of the most meaningful learning happens through everyday moments. A simple question can spark an investigation, a puddle can become an adventure, and a trusting relationship can help a child discover their confidence.
Our centre is deeply connected to its community and guided by a philosophy built on the values of Respect, Ako, Empowerment, Creativity, Wonder, Courage, and Trust. These values shape the way we teach, learn and connect with tamariki, whānau and each other every day.
We celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our community and are committed to creating an environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging, identity and success. Through child-led learning experiences guided by Te Whāriki, we nurture curiosity, independence, creativity and lifelong learners.
