About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher in Training to join our 2–5 years age group in a permanent full-time role (35–40 hours per week). You’ll work alongside a supportive and experienced teaching team, gaining hands-on experience while continuing your studies. Preference will be given to candidates in their second or third year of a Level 7 ECE teaching qualification.This is a Permanent, Full-Time (35–40 hours per week) working in the 2–5 Years Age Group.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma (Teaching) qualification – ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year
  • A love for working with preschool-aged children and a passion for learning through play
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with Te Whāriki and a commitment to delivering high-quality, child-led learning
  • A strong focus on building respectful relationships with tamariki and whānau
  • A commitment to upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your practice
