About the Role

If you are passionate about teaching young children and are currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE programme (ECE Bachelor), we want to hear from you. 

This is a permanent, 35-hour per week position, Monday to Friday, based in our nursery – a calm, home-like space where infants and toddlers explore, play, and learn at their own pace. Our nursery features a large sleep room, spacious outdoor area, and a team of amazing teachers dedicated to fostering secure, loving, and enriching experiences for every child.

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone who is committed to making a positive difference in young learners’ lives. Ideal candidates will:

  • Be enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor course 
  • Have a strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki, with compliance valued highly 
  • Show commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through their teaching practice 
  • Be passionate about quality teaching and learning
