We are the stepping stones in the lives of tamariki within our community. Tamariki come to us as seeds, kaiako nurture tamariki throughout their learning journey so they are able to meet their full potential and blossom, ready to take on the next steps in their educational journey and life.
This is a permanent part-time role working 32 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma programme
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Knowledge of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations
- A heart for quality, compliance, and culturally responsive practice
- Passionate about creating rich, meaningful learning experiences that inspire young minds
- Committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your everyday practice
