BestStart Huntsbury is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher in Training to join our energetic, supportive, and close-knit team. We are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education for children in our community.

About Us

At BestStart Huntsbury, we learn through love and adventure.

We believe that inspiring curiosity whether through shared interests or exciting experiences—is the most powerful way to spark learning. In the early years, this foundation is crucial. When children are engaged and interested, they become confident learners who actively seek knowledge, concentrate deeply, and retain understanding.

Our purpose-built centre is nestled at the foot of Huntsbury Hill near the Ōpāwaho River. Built on the historic site of St Anne’s Church, which served the community for nearly 100 years, we are proud to continue supporting local families. We’re conveniently located close to St Martins School, Hillview Christian School, and Ōpāwaho School.

As a large centre licensed for 110 children, we offer both nursery and over-twos spaces, and our teaching team is passionate about supporting each child’s learning and development.
