We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Talent Specialist to join our Hamilton Support Office, supporting recruitment across our Midlands region while working as part of our wider Talent team and reporting to the Head of Talent.
The Role:
As Talent Specialist, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment across the Midlands region, partnering closely with Centre Managers and stakeholders to attract great people to BestStart.
You’ll help build talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, support attraction initiatives, and help position BestStart as an employer of choice within the early childhood sector.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people and looking to grow their career within Talent. You don’t need to know every aspect of recruitment already — what matters most is your attitude, energy, willingness to learn, and ability to build strong relationships.
