This is not your typical recruitment role. We’re looking for someone who loves building talent pipelines, creating meaningful connections, thinking strategically, and finding innovative ways to attract top talent before they even start looking.
The Role
As our Talent Specialist – Talent Pipelines, you’ll focus on proactive sourcing, talent attraction, and pipeline development across a variety of programmes and initiatives.
You’ll:
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
- Support our Teacher-in-Training and Graduate pathways
- Lead international talent sourcing initiatives and partnerships
- Build relationships with tertiary providers and industry networks
- Create exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Use market insights, LinkedIn, AI, and innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of talent trends
- Help position BestStart as an employer of choice within the education sector
About You
You’re someone who brings energy, initiative, and a growth mindset. You love building relationships, thinking creatively, and working at pace to deliver results.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience with proactive sourcing and talent pooling
- International recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
