My current Talent Acquisition Specialist has an opportunity for career development internally, so I am on the hunt for an experienced recruiter to join us!
About the role:
This role is based in our Hamilton office and is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our Reliever Team for the Midland Region. You will be part of a Talent team who genuinely care about the success of their colleagues and support each other through challenges and celebrate the wins.
In this role you manage the end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio, everything from requisitions to preparing job adverts, engaging with applicants, interviewing, liaising with our leaders, through to successfully onboarding onto our Reliever Team.
You will be an experienced recruiter, preferable who has worked with high volume recruitment. Our Relievers are extremely important to our business, so you will bring not only proven experience, but also a passion for making a difference.
About you:
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will bring with you:
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably high volume.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer and candidate experience.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and follow through.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think about outside the recruitment box.
