We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment – you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping shape recruitment strategies, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You’ll play a key role in building talent pipeline, improving recruitment processes, and supporting the organisational long term workforce goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume support worker roles and clinical, professional, and leadership roles

- Proactively source and build talent pipelines for current and future needs

- Deliver structured, fair, and inclusive recruitment processes

- Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience

- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

- Support continuous improvement across talent acquisition processes and systems


About you:

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

- Strong relationship building and communication skills

- Sound knowledge of talent acquisition processes and legislation

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities 

- Knowledge of NZ employment practices and market trends

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
