This is where you come in! Our team are looking for you, a qualified and experienced IT specialist to join our innovative team as Systems Engineer on a 6 month fixed term basis. You’re someone who can hit the ground running providing IT service delivery across the business network. If you have experience working within a fast paced and dynamic customer centric environment, then this is the role for you.

As a Systems Engineer you’ll be part of collaborative team responsible for delivery of day-to-day business systems operational support and ensuring service levels are met and standards are maintained. You will use your excellent customer service skills to be the front line to our internal business providing our staff with outstanding first level technology support. Your ability to meet service level targets with an appreciation for the bigger picture will see you deliver an outstanding level of service to the wider TSB team. 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • IT certification (Microsoft MCP/A+/ITIL), tertiary qualified or related work experience 
  • 1+ year experience working in an IT environment within a business systems/technical support capacity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Good working knowledge of networking technologies
  • Experience working with collaboration tools (mail, internet, enterprise messaging systems)
  • Cisco CUCM and/or other IP based phoned telephony systems
  • Experience with networking technologies, TCP/IP, cloud services, and MDM technologies
