About the Roles: 60 hours each position based in Hastings.
We are looking for compassionate and motivated AOD Support Workers to join our team. In this role you will work collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve their recovery goals and improve overall wellbeing.

Position One:
Week 1: Monday and Friday 4.50pm - 8am the following day
Week 2: Tuesday and Saturday 4.50pm - 8am the following day


Position Two:
Week 1: Thursday 4.50pm - 8am the following day
Week 2: Monday, Friday and Sunday 4.50pm - 8am the following day


We're Looking For Someone With:

  • A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
  • Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
  • Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
  • Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
  • Previous Experience:  Support Worker or Health Sector experience  essential
