As our services continue to grow across Northland, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Waipu.

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in enhancing the wellbeing and independence of our clients by providing:

  • Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Household support and cleaning
  • Wellness and safety checks
  • Medication reminders and prompting
  • Meal preparation and support

Location: Waipu, Northland

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Dependability, honesty, and professionalism
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Respect for people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • A minimum Restricted Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent) preferrable.
