Support Worker - Waipu
Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker (Level 3 & 4) for our client based in Waipu. This role is suitable for someone who is confident, empathetic, and experienced in supporting clients with complex and compassionate care needs.
About the role:
- Responsibilities: Provide personal care, household cleaning, wellness checks, medication prompting & meal preparation.
- Work location: Waipu
- Shift available: Saturday & Sunday

- Daily support from our customer service team, available from 7am to 7pm to assist with any needs or inquiries.

What we need from you:
- Healthcare level 3 or level 4 qualification (essential)
- Proven experience as a Support Worker, ideally in palliative or end-of-life care
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Reliability, honesty, and high integrity.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Valuing diversity and inclusion.
- Minimum Restricted Driver’s License & your own vehicle is essential.
