About the Role:  Working 72 hours per fortnight across two locations in Lower Hutt

Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 3 - 11pm
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3 - 11pm

We're Looking For Someone With:

• A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
• Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
• Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
• Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
• Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
• Previous Experience: Lived or work experience in disability or health sector
• Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
