About the Role: Full-time working 80 hours per fortnight every week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm working in the Community.
Skills and Experience:
- A Passion for People: Be motivated, energetic, patient, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Experience: Must have 2 years minimum experience working in the Mental Health Sector
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust
