You will be the ‘go to’ person, helping to create a positive RDNS experience for our Otago based Support Workers
The Support Worker Coach is an autonomous role, your time will be split between being in the office and out in the community.
This role may suit someone who may be an experienced Support Worker looking for progression, an adult trainer/educator with possible experience in the health sector looking to apply their skillset in a different environment.

· Spearheading Learning & Development: managing, coordinating and facilitating orientations, providing training for staff to attain required competencies, assistance and encouragement with achieving formal qualifications through RDNS
· Contribution to Performance Management through initial investigation of complaints, annual professional development appraisals and periodic quality checks
· Conduct initial enquiries into accidents/incidents
Key to your success:
· IT savvy - familiarity with Microsoft office, ability to pick up bespoke in-house systems, championing our online learning system and fielding queries/resolution support about the support work portal/mobile phones.
· Prior supervisory or leadership experience
· NZQA Level 4 certificate in Health and Wellbeing or willing to work towards
· Full Drivers Licence – this role comes with a company vehicle!
