Support Worker - Vocational Levin

This role is part-time permanent working 41.25 hours per fortnight in our Levin Vocational Team.
We are looking for a passionate person to join our team and support others in achieving their goals and engaging with their community. We aim high and collaborate to turn ambitions into reality.
Week 1: Tuesday 8.45am - 4pm, Wednesday 8am - 4pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.45am - 4pm
Skills and Experience:
- A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Previous Experience: Mental Health work experience
- Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
