Mō te tūranga | About the Role
In this role you will be supporting three men in a flatting environment, based in Somerfield. You will be working alongside them to achieve their goals and build healthy relationships; this may include supporting them in their day activities or with household skills.
To be successful in this role you will have a mature outlook, bringing enthusiasm and the ability to come up with creative solutions to challenging situations. You will be passionate about seeing people develop and lead fulfilling lives.
You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this person focussing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space. Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth. You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.15 and $28.25 per hour.

Week One
- Sunday 8am to 4pm
- Thursday 4pm to 9:30pm + Sleepover
- Friday 7am to 9am, 4pm to 10:30pm + Sleepover
- Saturday 8am to 4pm
Week Two
- Wednesday 4pm to 9:30pm + Sleepover
- Thursday 7am to 9am, 4pm to 9:30pm + Sleepover
- Friday 7am to 9am
- Saturday 4pm to 10:30pm + Sleepover
Hand on hours: 51.5 / Sleepover hours: 47.5
Total hours per fortnight: 99
