About the Role: Various part-time weekend opportunities both day and evenings shifts
We are looking for empathetic, passionate support workers to join our team committed to providing genuine care, warmth, and kindness to the people who live and work in the home If you are someone who brings compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in making a positive difference to others' lives please apply.   


Position 1 - 16 hours per fortnight
Working every second weekend both  Saturday and Sunday  8am - 5pm


Position 2 - 16 hours per fortnight or 32 hours per fortnight for right applicant
Working either every second weekend or every weekend both Saturday and Sunday 3.30pm - 10pm 


Position 3 - 16 hours per fortnight
Working every second week Saturday and Sunday 6am - 4.30pm


We're Looking for Someone With:

  • A Passion for Tāngata/People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
  • Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
  • Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
  • Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
  • Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
  • Previous Experience: Support Worker or Health Sector experience preferable
