Support Worker - CW
Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is a not-for-profit provider of Home and Community based and Community Nursing Services to a wide range of clients in the Northland region, Greater Auckland region and the Southland/Otago regions.
We are urgently seeking experienced staff to work alongside young people, with complex medical & disability needs, in the community.
- Experience in working alongside young people, with complex, medical & disability needs, in the community.
- 4.5 hrs shift from 9am to 1:30 pm and with immediate start
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and/or experience:
- Physically fit, self-motivated with a kind temperament
- Experience working with youth/children living with autism.
- You will earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.
- Full NZ driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in NZ
Role Entails:
- Hang out with teen to learn his routines.
- Accompanying him in his transportation van to school
- Drive him and participate in activities such as plane watching, going for walks!
You must possess the right to work in New Zealand and a willingness to undergo police vetting in order to be considered for this position.
