Victim Support is a national organisation working to strengthen the mana, belonging and wellbeing of people affected by crime, trauma and suicide in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We are now seeking to hire a full time Support Worker for our Auckland office working across five days a week. A Social Services relevant qualification would be a significant advantage. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, incredible empathy, and the ability to work as a member of a team.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with victims of crimes and trauma, building relationships with a broad range of people and supporting and empowering victims to be safe, heal, and participate at every step of their journey. This work is incredibly varied, no two cases are the same. You will make a difference to people at the most difficult moments in their lives.
