About the Role: 120 hours based in Hastings.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated AOD Support Worker to join our team. In this role you will work collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve their recovery goals and improve overall wellbeing.
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 4.50pm - 8am the following day
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4.50pm - 8am the following day

- A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Previous Experience: Support Worker or Health Sector experience essential
