Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ)

Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ), a trusted not‑for‑profit provider of home and community services across New Zealand, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll support clients to live independently and safely in their own homes, primarily across East & Central Auckland.

About the role:

As a Caregiver with RDNS, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance
  • Household cleaning and light domestic duties
  • Wellness checks and companionship
  • Medication prompting
  • Meal preparation and support

Work Location: East & Central Auckland

What we need from you:

  • A caring, empathetic, and client‑focused approach
  • Reliability, honesty, and high personal integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • A genuine respect for diversity and inclusion
  • Availability to work weekends (preferred)
  • Minimum Restricted Driver’s Licence and own vehicle (essential)

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday: 

  • 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Weekends: 

  • Either Saturday or Sunday

  • Availability to work on weekend is preferably. 
  • Minimum Restricted Driver’s License & your own vehicle is essential.

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday - 7 am to 1 pm and 4 pm- 9 pm
  • Weekend- Either Saturday or Sunday
