About the Role
Sunflower Service is a new house that is opening in Westmorland that will be home to 3 lovely young ladies(Amelia, Eloise, Marley). These ladies are in their early to mid 20's who are super excited to begin their next stage in their lives of flatting!
The ladies all have fulfilling lives with different interest and activities; Emily is passionate about singing and drama which she attends programs to fulfil her passion, Amelia is also apart of a variety of activities and attends ARA, and Marley volunteers her time at Habitat for Humanity on a part time basis. All ladies have an interest in baking and projects which they have already planned to establish a vegetable garden together in their new home!
In this house it will be the typical flatting experience where you will support these ladies in learning skills of good budget and household management, food management and preparation, and self-care.
You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this person focusing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space. Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth. You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. You will be passionate about supporting and extending people’s ability to access and be part of their wider community. If you are looking for a new challenge this could be the opportunity for you.
This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.15 and $28.25 per hour.
