We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and compassionate person to join our energetic and supportive team as a full-time permanent Support Worker at our Adult Residential Service, located on a beautiful six-acre park-like site in New Windsor, West Auckland.
While this role is primarily based in our Adult Service, there may also be opportunities to contribute within our Family Centre, located on the same site. This is a 40-hour per week role (including one weekend shift).

You will work with tāngata whai ora (people seeking wellness), supporting them in their recovery journey from alcohol and drug challenges. This role is about building trusting relationships, upholding dignity and mana, and creating a safe, respectful environment grounded in compassion and cultural understanding.
