The role

We are on the lookout for a highly capable Supply Planning Manager to lead the planning function and ensure that production, materials, and third-party manufacturing schedules are delivered on time and in full. This role is responsible for short-, medium- and long-term production planning, optimising our scheduling processes, and ensuring materials and resources are available to support manufacturing at our own site, third party facilities and global distribution centres.

You’ll use your planning expertise, analytical capability, and leadership skills to keep operations running smoothly, resolve bottlenecks, and drive best practice. This role is central to meeting customer requirements, maintaining product quality, and supporting Manuka Health’s operational excellence.

· Production and Distribution planning and scheduling

· Third party manufacturing (TPM) coordination

· Leadership and people development

· Materials and resource planning

· Optimisation and continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

· Proven experience in production planning, supply management, operations planning, or a similar area.

· Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.

· Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).

· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret production and capacity data.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities spanning our global markets.

· Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

· Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.

· A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
