At Stabicraft, we’re proud of what we build, bold in how we think, and strongest when we work together. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Supply Chain Coordinator to provide key support to our General Manager – Supply Chain and the wider Supply Chain team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sourcing, engineering change management and production support, and enjoys working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep manufacturing moving smoothly.

The Opportunity

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will provide primary support to the GM Supply Chain across sourcing activities, Engineering Change Requests (ECR), New Product Introductions (NPI) and pricing administration. You will ensure supplier data, parts and pricing information are accurate, up to date and aligned with production requirements.

You will also provide secondary procurement and supply coordination support, helping ensure continuity of supply across our boat build schedules.

Key Responsibilities 

Supplier Liaison & Commercial Support

  • Support sourcing of materials and parts, including obtaining and comparing quotes and coordinating supplier setup and updates
  • Assist with pricing administration, including quote capture, price verification, price changes and invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Escalate pricing exceptions and increases to the GM Supply Chain
  • Support supplier performance and commercial reviews (quality, delivery and cost)
  • Identify and action sourcing alternatives and value improvement opportunities

Engineering Change & Systems Support

  • Support ECR-related supply chain activities, including supplier communication, cost and lead time impacts, substitutions and implementation timing
  • Maintain accurate parts, supplier and pricing data in GreenTree
  • Support system and process improvements across the Supply Chain

Purchasing & Supply Coordination

  • Order boat-specific parts (including upholstery, graphics and paint) in line with production schedules
  • Purchase custom (CIP) items according to design specifications
  • Resolve and communicate supply risks or issues related to lead time, pricing or specifications
  • Maintain oversight of outages reporting to ensure supplier delivery dates align with production needs

Quality & Team Support

  • Support the management of the Supplier Advice of Non‑Conformance (SANC) process and follow up with suppliers
  • Provide cover and support to other members of the Procurement & Supply team
  • Actively contribute as a positive, collaborative team member

About you:

You’ll bring strong coordination skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’re organised, detail‑focused and comfortable balancing competing priorities.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement or manufacturing coordination roles
  • Strong system capability and confidence working with ERP systems (GreenTree experience advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes (marine or engineered products an advantage)
