About the role

As the Staff Housing Coordinator, you’ll manage and coordinate Skyline’s staff accommodation across Queenstown. Your role ensures a smooth, supportive and efficient housing process for all our team members.

You’ll be the key contact for accommodation enquiries, tenancy documentation, room inspections and maintenance support.

Your day-to-day will include

  • booking, allocating, and managing staff housing,
  • communicating with employees regarding housing policies and needs,
  • conducting inspections, organising repairs and resolving issues,
  • ensuring accurate rental agreements and lodging of bonds,
  • monitoring budgets, rent and expenses,
  • managing seasonal fluctuations and varying accommodation types.

The ideal candidate will have

  • great people skills and clear communication,
  • excellent attention to detail,
  • strong organisational and time-management abilities,
  • confidence using MS Office and other digital tools,
  • a good understanding of NZ tenancy and health & safety regulations,
  • a full NZ driver licence (essential for site visits).
