About the role:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our two kitchens. Excellent communication skills, culinary creativity, and the ability to foster a positive team environment are essential. We are seeking an individual with a passion for food and a commitment to producing and presenting high-quality dishes. 

The ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible with working hours as this role requires rostered shifts over a 7-day week, primarily on weekends, during school holidays, and on public holidays. 

The perfect candidate will bring:

  • “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role 
  • a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the hospitality industry 
  • experience working in a production style kitchen
  • self-motivation, innovation and a flair for food and display

 This role offers:

  • $30-$35 gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed
