As a Sous Chef at Patrons Bar and Restaurant, you will play a critical role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking our regular menu, cooking bespoke menus for functions and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your skills behind the stove will help us to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The role will primarily relate to dinner services, with occasional breakfast and day time responsibilities. 

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Food preparation in accordance with the recipes and processes set by the Head Chef
2. Upkeep of the establishment's food control plan
3. Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment at all times
4. Actively participate in ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency
5. Assist with the managing of inventory as directed by the Head Chef
6. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
7. Liaising with front of house staff to deliver a seamless experience to guests
8. Other hospitality related duties

Skills & Experience

1. Experience working in a commercial kitchen
2. Fluent in English
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
5. Formal Qualifications are preferred
