About the role
As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a critical role in turning business strategy into smart, scalable technology solutions. Acting as a trusted technical leader within a value stream, you’ll bring people together; bridging business stakeholders, value stream leads, and technical teams, while balancing today’s technology landscape with tomorrow’s possibilities.
This is a role where you’ll influence direction, set technical vision, and help deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
Who are you?
You’re an experienced Solution Architect with a strong track record of setting and delivering a clear technical and architectural vision. You’re confident creating high-level designs, navigating complexity, and identifying risks early, with practical strategies to manage them. You take a thoughtful, analytical approach, ensuring business and technical requirements are fully understood and translated into effective solutions.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop high-level architectures and designs for new systems and enhancements
- Create and champion a shared technical vision aligned to value stream goals
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned to technical standards and policies
We are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable solutions within the Financial Services Sector.
