  • Using modern AI tooling and appropriate agentic frameworks to support delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and vendor partners, sharing good practice and mentoring junior developers as required.

About you

You will bring strong technical skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. You enjoy understanding business needs, solving problems and delivering quality work as well as have:

  • At least five years’ experience in software development, technology or agile development.
  • Experience capturing and prioritising business requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and confidence working with emerging technology.
  • The ability to plan and prioritise work, manage competing demands and maintain attention to detail.
