Working within a Microsoft-focused environment, this role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining existing systems, and contributing to new development initiatives that improve efficiency and user experience.

 

About Us

 UCOL is a government-funded Institute of Technology, with four campuses in Manawatu, Whanganui, Wairarapa and Horowhenua. It meets the needs of local communities and industry by providing tertiary level training to over 6,000 students each year through a wide range of programmes from entry level certificates and foundation courses to diplomas, degrees and opportunities in post graduate study.

The position suits a developer with solid practical experience who is eager to grow technically, work collaboratively, and contribute to improving development practices and system reliability.

 The ideal candidate will have experience with modern technologies such as MS SQL, ASP.NET Core, C#, and various JavaScript frameworks.
