As the first independently owned private homecare agency established in New Zealand, we continue to work closely with our clients and their families to provide exceptional support in each person's private home. We have a history of providing excellent care to our clients and excellent support to our valued Caregivers.
We are experiencing a growing number of clients in the Tauranga region who are requesting caregivers, for sleepover shifts. Our sleepover shifts are typically worked anywhere from 8pm - 8am and this is about supporting your client with personal cares, settling for the evening and possibly cares and breakfast in the morning. We are wanting to add to our team of carers so we can continue to provide this important role in the community. If you have experience as a caregiver and are interested in casual/flexible hours of work, we would love to hear from you. We provide this service 24 hours, 7 days per week, so there is a variety of opportunities to complement your skillset.
We would love to hear from you if you have had experience with the following:
- Companionship and home-help, which may include light house work
- Meal preparation
- Personal Cares; to include showering, dressing, grooming
- Dementia care
- Sleepover experience
Ideal Candidate must have:
- Recent care giving/healthcare preferred
- A clean full NZ Driver's Licence and your own car
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work legally in New Zealand (You must have already obtained a working visa)
- A clear background and criminal check
