Site Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our Project Team in Whangarei. In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient co-ordination and supervision to ensure project requirements are met in a safe and efficient manner.
If you are a highly motivated, energetic, quick-thinking individual with the ability to effectively lead a team and to ensure all work, contracts and project plans are carried out to required levels of service, then we want to hear from you! Working with a skilled team of electricians and apprentices, you will have autonomy to lead the team and make decisions on site, while reporting to the Project Manager.
In addition to the attributes mentioned above, to be successful in this role you will require:
- Solid understanding of electrical & health and safety legislation
- Electrical trade qualification with appropriate registration with the EWRB and a current practicing license.
- Strong written english and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with sound MS skills (word, excel and outlook experience).
- A current driver’s license.
- Strong customer service skills and calm under pressure.

From time to time, you will need to work on the tools but most importantly you need a solid understanding of the trade to answer questions from staff (electricians and apprentices).
