About the role:
- The Site Manager assumes overall accountability for the control of the site team.
- Being a principal company representative on the construction site, the SIte Manager ensures safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows.
- As a pivotal member of the delivery team, the Site Manager must lead by example, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring of team members, whilst directly and indirectly contributing towards day-to-delivery, competitive strategy, and net margin return.
Skills & Experience
You will have:
- 3-5 years experience as a Site Manager in projects ranging from $40m +
- Previous experience working on hospital projects advantageous
- Successful track record in leadership positions with the ability to motivate team members and drive success is paramount
