Enliven Vickery Court is seeking expressions of interest from caring and reliable people, we have opportunities for two key roles:

Care Worker (Care Roles) - support residents with personal care, well being, mobility, meals, and day-to-day living, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Service Workers (Service Roles) - support residents by delivering meals and refreshments, changing linen, maintaining tidy rooms, and providing friendly day-to-day assistance.

We provide support for our residents 24 hours a day 7 days a week - this includes weekend work where you can earn up to $4 more an hour for your hours worked on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • No previous experience required, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

 Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities:

Care Worker

  • Provide personal care and support, including hygiene, grooming, mobility, and mealtime assistance
  • Support residents' wellbeing, independence, dignity, and individual preferences
  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with residents, whānau, and the wider care team

Service Worker

  • Deliver meals, drinks and refreshments to Kaumātua (residents) 
  • Maintain clean, comfortable, and tidy resident rooms, including changing linen
  • Provide friendly and compassionate interaction with residents, offering companionship and reporting any well being concerns to the nursing team
  • Support the wider care team by following scheduled task cards and assisting with daily routines that promote resident dignity and respect
