MASH Trust is a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, alcohol and addiction struggles, and in youth respite care. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.

MASH Operates throughout the lower North Island in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, and Whanganui with over 550 staff and volunteers.

The hours:

This position is fulltime and permanent working 80 hours per fortnight. 

The Role...

The role, based in Palmerston North and reporting to the National Manager - Disability Community, is all about maintaining seamless support and service operations. Your focus will be on ensuring delivery of quality services and continuous improvement in support services. Motivating your team, ensuring they feel valued, challenged, and fulfilled in their roles, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care to the people we support and enabling them to live good lives.

About You...

· A knowledge of the NZ health sector and disability support services. 

· You will champion the principals of Enabling Good Lives in all decision making.

· You can lead and motivate staff to enable great lives for the people we support. 

· Proven track record in building, maintaining, and influencing relationships and partnerships. 

In addition, you will:

· Have relevant knowledge, skills, experience, or qualifications related to the establishment, growth, and delivery of new services. 

· Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of audiences. 

· Have the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business outcomes.

· Start off with immediate impact on service delivery. 

· Have Experience in identifying opportunities for growth in new regions and services.

· Have previous success in developing and implementing operational plans and initiatives.

· Show resilience in overcoming challenges and setbacks as you break new ground building support services.
