We have a fixed term opportunity for a part time Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology Solutions team based Tauranga. This is a six-month contract position, four hours per day Monday to Friday (20 hours per week) - specific hours to be confirmed.

This role is part of a professional ITS team whose goal is to ensure that our employees have the correct systems in place to meet current and future business objectives.  We have a dedicated ITS team, who along with this role will support over 500+ users throughout New Zealand. 

Reporting to the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Manager, the Service Desk Analyst will be part of a small team providing ITS and business application support to all internal customers of Craigs Investment Partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An IT Qualification
  • Be customer focused and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ years experience in a Service Desk and Support environment is essential
  • Technical experience in the Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite and support of business applications
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Professional and flexible approach

A background in IT customer service within the financial/investment sector and an understanding of financial business applications from a customer's perspective would be advantageous.  Training will be provided where required.
