Service Department Foreman
TRC Toyota in Whanganui is looking for a Foreman to assist the leadership of our great team of technicians. This role will include;
- Some time on the tools assisting with the servicing of our vehicles
- Helping our Service Manager ensure the flow of the day is well organised, productive and efficient
- Communicating with our front-line service advisors and customers
- Helping train our apprentice techs and supporting our qualified techs with their daily workload
- World class training with Toyota NZ to help keep your skills developing.
Skill set required;
- Experienced, NZ qualified technician
- Positive communication, leadership and coaching style – you need to be a people person and be able to get the best out of the team, both young and old, new and experienced
- Good IT and systems skills to help effectively operate our control board and internal systems
- A sense of humour!
