We are seeking a full time Service Delivery Manager in our Digital Team, to oversee the implementation of new, upgraded or enhanced IT systems and services, and to ensure the effective and efficient support and operation of IT services, in alignment with UCOL’s business objectives and service culture.

· You have a relevant tertiary degree or experience in a similar role
· You have experience in managing large scale, complex IT system implementations
· You have significant experience in managing a team of technical specialists
· You have significant experience in identifying client requirements and translating these into design specifications for new or enhanced systems
· You have experience in establishing and maintaining IT service delivery processes
· You have a strong commitment to providing high quality, customer focused IT services
· You have a focus in implementing best practice methodologies and processes
· You have proven analysis and problem solving skills
· You have excellent customer service relationship skills
