Service Delivery Coordinator - Active +

National Support Office

Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1,500 health providers across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1990 and are owned by Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As our Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring New Zealanders receive timely access to high-quality rehabilitation and healthcare services. Working within a dynamic and supportive team, you will coordinate the end-to-end administration of healthcare referrals, connecting funders, providers, and clients to ensure services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently. Every day will bring variety as you manage a portfolio of service contracts, support healthcare professionals, and help create exceptional experiences for the people who rely on our services.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships will shine. You will be responsible for processing and allocating referrals, coordinating communication with providers and funders, managing approvals and reporting requirements, and ensuring all administration activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll help resolve queries, support service delivery outcomes, and contribute to the smooth operation of our national services.

Beyond day-to-day coordination, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in projects, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance the way we work. From maintaining accurate records and supporting service delivery programmes to identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working, you'll play an important role in helping Active+ continue to deliver outstanding healthcare services and positive outcomes for clients across New Zealand. This is a full-time permanent position based in our National Support Office in the Auckland CBD.
